A day of our shopping day in Ibiza town. There are many nice shops in Ibiza town. All major brands are represented there and you will find many nice small boutiques. You will find many shops around the old port. The largest shopping street in Ibiza Town is Av. d'Isidor Macabich. The street runs from east to west in the middle of Ibiza Town.

In the narrow streets around the harbor, the La Marina district , you will find lots of cute boho boutiques , souvenir shops, restaurants and bars, where there is always a pleasant bustle. In the harbor itself you can view yachts while you enjoy a drink.

Are you looking for typical Ibiza dresses, bags and accessories Opposite the old port there is a maze of nice streets with many nice boutiques, near the drawbridge to D'Alt Vila.

The new part of the city is located around the Vara de Rey . Completely renovated and made pedestrianized in 2017, this wide promenade, together with the nearby Plaza de Parque, forms the center of the city. Around the Vara de Rey are several restaurants, shops and bars and there are regular markets or live performances here. In the center of the square is a monument to General Joaquín Vara de Rey y Rubio, from whom it owes its name. On this square you will find, among other things. the legendary hotel Montesol, one of the first hotels in Ibiza.

Sa Penya is the area next to La Marina and between Dalt Vila, at the very end of the harbour. The lower part of the district is filled with bars and you will also find the ' gay street ' of the city: Carrer de la Mare de Déu or 'calle de la Virgen'. Ibiza is very lgbtq-friendly fortunately. In this street it is very lively and bustling in the evening, with numerous bars, music, shops and an exuberant atmosphere.

In Ibiza Town you will find a lot of nice and tasty restaurants. After shopping and a visit to D'Alt Vila, you probably feel like something tasty. One of our favorite restaurants is Hard Rock Cafe. Its located in the center of Ibiza Vara de Rey.

After dinner you can go to a very nice market in Ibiza town: 'Mercat des Port'. Every evening in the summer season you will find a lively market around the old port of Ibiza Town. Shops display their stalls in almost all streets. You can buy everything there, but especially tourist stuff such as Ibiza dresses, bracelets and accessories.
