Can Terra
A hip tapas bar since 2014, Ibiza town has a tapas bar richer. And not an authentic tapas bar, but a trendy restaurant with an outdoor garden where you can also take a seat at a table. Especially in the summer season it is very pleasant to stay here.

Can Terra has a Basque menu. The pinxtos in particular are of high quality here and certainly recommended. Besides tapas and pintxos, you also have a choice of various meat and fish dishes. The restaurant is also known for its delicious entrecote. The restaurant not only serves traditional wines with food, but they also have many delicious gin and tonics.

The restaurant service is very friendly and attentive. More and more tourists are also finding the restaurant next to all the locals who regularly come here. Because of this it can be quite busy, especially in the high season.Reservations are not possible at the tapas bar, but once you are inside you can be put on the list for a table. Since you are not in a hurry, you can order a glass of wine (or a delicious gin and tonic!) Afterwards and wait until you are called. Usually this does not take too long.

If you are looking for a more hip tapas bar in Ibiza town, Can Terra is definitely recommended!
Address Can Terra Ibiza:
Avinguda d'Ignasi Wallis 14
07800 Eivissa close to another tapas recommendation: El Zaguan
El zaguan

A homely restaurant near the harbor in Ibiza Town with delicious tapas and sangria. El Zaguan is an esteemed eatery offering a wide variety of high quality snacks. The Spaniards are happy to be found here, so it is often a pleasant crowd. The tapas are in display cases on the bar and you can grab them yourself. The friendly waiters walk by with warm tapas.

El Zaguan Ibiza has a nice concept when it comes to paying and that works great! You pay here per bite what you eat. There is a stick in every bite. The idea is that you put each skewer in a separate piece of baguette when you have a tapas. At the end of the evening you hand over this baguette and the sticks are counted. This way you only pay for what you have eaten. You can find El Zaguan just next to the harbor.
S'escalinatas

S'escalinata; This spot is also located in Dalt Vila and one of us favorite hotspots in Ibiza town.Colorful beanbags adorn the Cobbled Stairs in Ibiza (S’Escalinata translates literally to ‘the staircase in Ibiza’), inviting one and all to relax, enjoy a drink or snack.

You can have breakfast (or lunch) with yogurt or fresh fruit. They have various sandwiches, veggie burgers and salads. There is also a tasty cheesecake on the menu and various tapas for great prices. And not to forget they have delicious cocktails and fresh sangrias.

The hotspot has a beautiful view over Ibiza town, also in the evening with all the atmospheric lighting and who wouldn't want that while lounging on a beanbag? And not only the view down is beautiful, going up the stairs you look out on cute Spanish houses.

It is of course also very photogenic with all those colorful bags.

So if you are still looking for a nice, not yet overhyped place in Ibiza, then I definitely recommend s'escalinata! The address for your google maps is Carrer Portal Nou 10.

Hotspot Restaurant
In Ibiza town it is gastronomic enjoyment! There are great restaurants to grab a bite to eat. Nice to know is that Ibiza is at the forefront of organic and vegetarian cuisine. A lot of choice!
La Oliva

In the beautiful D'alt Vila you will find the romantic restaurant La Oliva . You can hardly miss the restaurant when you walk through the narrow streets of D'alt Vila.

Romantic dining in Dalt Vila
The cozy restaurant is immediately noticeable and you will notice that the terrace is almost always full. This has not only to do with the nice owners and the friendly staff, but mainly because of the delicious food. It is also very nice that the terrace is also on one of the sloping streets of D'alt Vila. It can therefore happen that you sit a bit lower than your table companion. However, you are happy to take this for granted as soon as you see this cozy and romantic restaurant.

La Oliva Ibiza has a Mediterranean and Provencal menu. The food is really delicious and you notice that attention has been paid to the ingredients and fresh products are used. The price-quality ratio at La Oliva is also very good given the beautiful location in D'alt Vila.

When you visit D'alt Vila, we definitely recommend that you take a seat here!
Tip: Keep in mind that it can be very busy in the high season. So reserve a table in advance if you want to be sure of a place at this nice restaurant.

La Brasa
In the middle of ibiza town you will find the beautiful restaurant La Brasa Ibiza. If you walk from Plaza Del Parque towards Dalt Vila, you can't miss it. A feast for your eyes. When you enter the garden of this restaurant, you are immediately sold. The restaurant looks very romantic and once inside you will be amazed by the beautiful courtyard. You can go here for lunch or dinner.

Thirty years ago, owner Carmen Turro came to Ibiza on holiday with her husband, but they stayed forever and the couple bought two horse stables and turned them into a restaurant. Despite its enchanting and romantic decor. You can already see the ivy hanging along the outside facade and this secretly gives it a little bit. The restaurant has a beautiful courtyard where you can dine, in addition to the inner garden

The restaurant has a Mediterranean menu with some Western influences sometimes with a modern twist. The vegetarian paella here is very good. This paella is well filled with vegetables and is also suitable for vegans!

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Ibiza town, you can go here for an oasis of tranquility. Especially in the evening with all the different lighing. The overall atmosphere feels very warm and romantic. It is definitely recommended to visit this special restaurant.

The Lounge concept offers a hefty morning meal created for the crowd living the Ibiza nightlife, with a sane superfood version for fitness lovers who like to start the day with an early morning run or yoga on the beach. In fact, twice a week, as part of Cotton Lounge’s breakfast offer, guests are invited to join the Cotton crew on Figueretas Beach for a free Cotton Beach Fitness session.

I am leaving the marina botafoch harbor at this moment where the proppers are trying to get you into a barcafe I prefer to choose my own path in search of the modern hippie feeling.
Little Ibiza
On the boulevard in Figueretas you will find the restaurant Little Ibiza. The restaurant with the cheerful umbrellas has a typical Bali meets Ibiza look.

The cozy restaurant is not to be missed along the boulevard of Figueretas . Thanks to the cheerful appearance with trendy umbrellas, nice chairs and tables, this restaurant always gives us the real measure between Bali and hippie Ibiza feelings. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the boulevard and the sea. The staff is also pleasant and often up for a chat.

The kitchen is not necessarily a vegetarian or superfood kitchen, but there are plenty of dishes on the menu for the vegetarians among us. There are plenty of dishes for meat and fish eaters and you can also enjoy delicious cocktails and fruit juices. What is striking is that most dishes have an Eastern / Oriental influence. This is probably because the owners also own the Asian restaurant Fusion, which can be found a little further along the promenade of Figueretas.

If you are looking for a nice restaurant Little Ibiza is definitely worth it.

Appropriately named after its setting, Plaza del Sol boasts a large sun drenched terrace accompanied by stunning views over Ibiza’s harbour and the immanent fortifications. There is a wide variety of choice to suit almost every taste; from impressive salads and vegetarian dishes, modern pasta ideas, fresh fish specialties and old school classics such as suckling pig - finished off with delicious homemade desserts and the obligatory glass of the herb liqueur Hierbas Ibicencas.

Plaza del Sol is not only famous for the style of its dishes but also for the charm of its dinners in a beautiful romantic atmosphere located in the center of Dalt Vila.

Curios, look up for a moment

If you still walk through the narrow streets of Dalt Vila. That's where cocktail master Charles Vexenat has his 'shop'; Bar 1805. If you dare to be surprised and are in for birds of paradise, pirates and modern hippies then this is your place for the best cocktails and the craziest encounters.
Bar 1805

Walking around the old town of ibiza, on top of the endless stairs start to notice that smell of Absinthe, here is this particular and very curious French restaurant. This bar is quite hidden, in a street narrow in Dalt Vila. It has a very cute little terrace that is this very comfortable and quiet because isn't to be a place of transit.

A truly unique bohemian drinking den in the heart of Ibiza Town, Bar 1805 is the brainchild of avant‐garde cocktail artisan Charles Vexenat, celebrating Absinthe and the artists, writers and philosophers who were inspired by the potent “green fairy. Charles is (almost) larger than life. Towering well over six feet tall, covered in an eclectic mix of tattoos, his booming laugh echoes down the stairwell between Ibiza’s gypsy barrio, Sa Penya, and the Mercado Viejo at the base of the drawbridge to Ibiza’s old town. It is at the top of these stairs where you’ll find him presiding over Ibiza’s coolest and most eclectic cocktail bar.

After honing his craft in London, where he was twice crowned World’s Best Mixologist, the native Frenchman decided it was time for a sea change – across to the Mediterranean and the white isle. It was here his creative vision came to life, in the form of Bar 1805, a French canteen that perfectly encapsulates the bohemian spirit of the white isle. The French bistro and Absinthe bar combo works – think mussels, fries, steak and Croque Monsieur alongside drinks dubbed The Green Beast, the Absinta Colad, a gin Basil Smash (served in a tiny teacup!), Grape Sour and many more. A classic French absinthe drip is also on offer – but don’t be put off by the spirit’s reputation – each cocktail is less potent than a glass of wine.

The place is brimming with artistic flair and character, reflecting the playful personality of its creator, and every corner is filled with curios, from oil lamps and French children’s books to Charles’s personal collection of vintage cocktail shakers and glassware.
An exciting summer season promises an array of one‐off events featuring guest chefs and bartenders, street parties and much more frivolity.

Evening Market Ibiza Town
Mercat des Port
Back to your stay in Ibiza after dinner? I do not think so! In the evening there is a very nice market in Ibiza town .

The so-called 'Mercat des Port'. Every evening in high season you will find a lively market in the area around the old port of Ibiza town. In almost all the streets, shopkeepers and residents display their stalls. They sell all kinds of things, but especially typical Ibiza 'tourist' things. Beautiful Ibiza dresses, bags, bracelets, slippers and accessories.

If you are not satisfied by then.If you would like to go out until the early hours, then you are in the right place in Ibiza town. Besides the cozy hippie atmosphere, there is plenty to do in terms of going out .
In the city you can go to the areas Sa Penya and La Marina . When you wander through these areas you will encounter bars and clubs everywhere and you can be sure that you are in the right place. La Marina is the port area where many entertainment options can be found. Sa Penya can be found in the city and consists mainly of many narrow streets that you can walk through and in the meantime you will encounter entertainment options everywhere. And many hotels in Ibizatown often also parties.

Angelo
Bar Angelo is considered by many to be the gay bar of Ibiza. It is a well-known and popular bar, partly because of the large terrace and the well-rated restaurant. Originally opened on May 1st, 1968, with a lot of history, this straight-friendly, gay-managed bar & restaurant offers a unique concept in the heart of gay Ibiza.

Angelo has two zones. The top-floor restaurant offers an incredible view of the castle and Ibiza Old Town. The food menu is 80% Spanish, 20% international. The large terrace downstairs is great for enjoying your cocktails.

The bar is also regularly visited by straight people, purely out of curiosity. They wonder why this bar is so popular and yet they also want to experience what it is like in such a popular gay bar. The atmosphere in bar Angelo is always good!

Teatro Pereyra
The ideal choice for live music lovers! Located in the middle of Ibiza town , next to the Hard Rock Café to be exact. Here you will find Teatro Pereyra, an atmospheric pub. Locals and tourists flock here to enjoy the very good bands that perform every night.

In Teatro Pereyra they love live music and bands often perform. The bar is located in a quiet street by the castle walls of Dalt Villa, in Ibiza Town. The bar has a wooden interior with many exposed beams and a high ceiling.

Nice details are the chandeliers and the red satin curtains. It reminds us a bit of a former Jazz pub.
From live music to DJ
At the beginning of the evening there are many older local people, as the evening progresses more and more party-goers walk in, who are a bit less chaotic than in the larger clubs. The evening starts with live music, which includes funk and rock and then a DJ takes over and plays until closing time.
